Lori Harvey joined other guests at the Balenciaga fall 2025 couture show on Wednesday, wearing a pair of the brand’s all-black pointed pumps.
A flurry of guests including Cardi B, Katy Perry and Nicole Kidman arrived at the show dressed in black ensembles paired with a variety of Balenciaga‘s standout heels. While some of them opted for the Space pump or the Avenue pump, Harvey set her feet on the brand’s popular Knife pumps, which are also a favorite style among celebrities.

Harvey wore the Knife pump in black, which is available on the Balenciaga website for $995. The Knife 110mm pump is made from a black matte spandex material and features an elongated pointed toe, which gives the illusion of being as sharp as a blade. The exaggerated toe is what differentiates the Knife pump from a traditional pointed-toe pump. The shoes also feature a black insole and a 110mm arch with a tone-on-tone covered heel.

While Harvey is often spotted wearing more vibrant colors and intricate designs for her clothes and footwear, she kept her look for the show more subdued than usual. She paired the pointed-toe pumps with a halter neck minidress, also in black. The dress featured two straps that tied around the neck, which were decorated with a long, crystal-embellished brooch that dangled on the front of the dress.
The dress featured a slightly pleated design with a shimmering fabric that added a layer of glamour to the all-black look. She tied the look together with sheer black tights and a black leather Balenciaga maxi clutch, which features an elongated rectangular silhouette.

The black monochrome looks might be symbolic as attendees commemorate Demna’s final day with Balenciaga, with the haute couture fall 2025 collection marking his last as the brand’s creative director after 10 years. Pierpaolo Piccioli will begin his new role as Balenciaga’s creative director on Thursday, and will debut his first collection with the brand in October during Paris Fashion Week.
